marketing pieces are the property of T. B. Simmons as protected by
US copyright and/or trademark laws and may not be copied, reproduced
or mimicked in any form or manner through any media without the
expressed written permission of T. B. Simmons.
Due to the specialized marketing tools and products involved
with the "Service Success System", we may limit this system, it's
modules or segments to one type of service provider in each
marketplace utilizing this program to prevent an overlap of
marketing pieces and client confusion.
We reserve the right to NOT provide the "Service Success
System", modules, segments or pieces to any company, entity or
individual as deemed best to meet the needs and intent of T. B.
Simmons, it's owners, vendor partners and clients.
These marketing templates, pieces and concepts are protected by
copyright and trademark laws as they pertain to the piece and are
provided for the use of our clients only as a means to market a
product and or service and are not for the exclusive use of a client
that has utilized the pieces or concepts and they remain the
property of T.B.Simmons who reserves the right to print, alter or
change the Marketing Templates prior to any distribution or use by
any party and make it known that any reprints, alterations or
changes to these marketing pieces without the knowledge or
participation of T.B.Simmons whether by accident or intent will be
dealt with to the full extent of the law.
Any legal issue that arises from the property of T.B.Simmons
will be subject to the courts of St. Clair County in the State of
Illinois where the
home office of T.B.Simmons is located with any and all legal fees
and expenses incurred by T.B.Simmons either by defense of an action
or pursing resolutions to a complaint are to be reimbursed in full
by the other party regardless of outcome of the complaint filed and/or the legal issue
or action.
