MyServicePros.Com will act as a non-binding arbitrator to review the facts of conflicts between client(s) and service provider(s) with the intent of rendering an opinion to resolve these conflicts in a timely manner to avoid legal expenses by either party. This arbitration is not a replacement for or intended to be a legal decision, but an opinion from a non-biased professional to serve the greater good of both parties. MyServicePros.Com performs a check with the local Better Business Bureau (BBB) to identify past service issues from any service provider prior to referring service to them. All service providers are recommended based on first hand knowledge of the company or by reputation of the company or by the information provided by the Better Business Bureau. NO background or financial checks or performed on the service providers or their employees. It is the sole responsibility of the service provider to monitor and control their employees, subcontractors or other parties brought to the clients for completion of their category of work or any related tasks contracted directly between the service provider and the client. MyServicePros.Com does not monitor, inspect or review the service provider to verify follow through of work or hiring practices of the service provider or accept responsibility or liability for the actions of a service provider, their employees, their subcontractors or any individual, group or company brought to the client for completion of their category of work or any related task. If there are any questions, comments, kudos' or problems with a service provider, do not hesitate to contact us if questions arise. MyServicePros.Com reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason as determined in the best interest of the owners, principals, agents or service providers of this network. MyServicePros.Com reserves the right to accept or reject any content, text, pictures, graphics or media linked to this web site as may be determined by the owners, operators or its agents to be objectionable or offensive in nature. MyServicePros.Com does not participate or allow its service providers to participate in sending unsolicited e-mail, links, flyers, or internet messaging, commonly known as spamming to any individual, group, company, media or newsgroup utilizing MyServicePros.Com's name or web site for any reason the service provider will immediately be dropped from the service network without refunding any unused monthly fees. If any service provider causes, creates or effects the operations or the ability of MyServicePros.Com to operate in any manner from spamming in any form, MyServicePros.Com will immediately seek recovery of any lost revenues from loss of operations caused by the spamming plus all fees and penalties incurred from this illegal action. |
